Want More Hair? Avoid Everyday Bad Habits

Nail biting, leaving the toilet seat up, not making the bed, these are all bad habits that can really irritate people. Even when it comes to fighting off hair loss, you could be the reason behind your own hair loss.

There are bad habits that a lot of hair loss sufferers have no idea is causing them not to grow more hair. Doesn’t involve any of the things I mentioned above, but they are highly important and you should do all you can to avoid them.

One of the things that many people do wrong is wear tight-fitting hairstyles. They wear a lot of them because they think they look cool or want to enhance their looks. Some examples are braids, cornrows, pony tails, and other styles.

Ask yourself this question, “would you rather look cool or lose your hair”? The answer is simple. Don’t sacrifice good looks for the sake of your hair. The reason these styles are so dangerous is because they constrict blood circulation in the scalp.

They literally starve your follicles from receiving the necessary nutrients from your blood for more growth. If you learn no other hair-growing technique, know that if you can increase blood circulation, you can regrow your hair.

Another little-known habit that actually isn’t bad in itself, but it does lead to significant thinning of the hair in ways you never knew existed.

I’m referring to commercial shampoo. They are packed with an ingredient called Sodium Laureth Sulphate which is used as a degreasing agent. It’s job is to help you wash away dirt and oil, but it’s so harsh that over time it will strip your hair.

The key is to stay away from any product whether it be shampoo, a spray, or even hair gel that contains.
